What I Do
I build microservices architectures, which is a fancy way of saying I get a bunch of independent systems to cooperate, even when one of them is having a very bad Tuesday. The goal: handle complexity, play nicely with external APIs, and survive growth without someone nervously watching a dashboard at 2 a.m.
My toolkit includes Java 8/11, Spring Boot, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS. I’ve worked across travel tech, fintech, and edtech, where the problems look different but tend to teach the same lesson: writing code is part of the job. Figuring out which problem actually needs solving (and not accidentally creating three new ones) is the rest.
